Combining leading-edge scientific equipment and expertise with a genuine passion for the industry the team at Iron & Fire knows how to make the perfect coffee which is why we have chosen it as our official coffee.
The coffee will be available in all co-working spaces and barista bars.

Daikin, renowned for its innovative and eco-friendly air conditioning technologies, ensures that residents of "The Sunbeam" will enjoy an optimal indoor climate regardless of the season.
Each apartment will be equipped with Daikin's state-of-the-art air conditioning units, known for their efficiency, reliability, and minimal environmental impact. These systems are designed to blend seamlessly with the interior aesthetics while offering user-friendly controls for personalised comfort.

Alongside our eco-conscious development process, we want to ensure all residents have the opportunity to live sustainably which is why we have partnered with Rootzero.
Rootzero offers eco-friendly solutions to all your amenities. It’s now easier to be kinder to the environment with sustainable supplies created using natural, plant-based materials.
Reduce the use of toxic single-use plastics that can cause irreversible damage to the environment with Rootzero’s biodegradable allergen and toxin-free resident amenities.
